Please read this important message about Hudson Road:

As of 11:26am: the roadway has been reopened.

Hudson road is open to southbound traffic only, (Great Road towards Hudson line).

All north bound traffic is detoured to Randall to Gleasondale.

This will be in place until approximately 4 pm today to continue the milling and paving from yesterday.

It's National S'Mores Day!

The earliest recorded recipe appeared in the 1927 Girl Scout publication Tramping and Trailing with the Girl Scouts, where it was called "Some More". The contraction "S'more" comes from the idea that once you eat one, you instantly want "some more"!

This is how hot can it get inside a car on a summer day. But it's not just hot enough to cook S'mores -- it's hot enough to cause heatstroke and even death for kids, pets, and vulnerable adults. Never leave them unattended in a vehicle, not even with the window cracked, not even for "just a minute."
