The main event at last nights special town meeting that had a very low turnout went down in 🔥.

There are many reasons why you could support affordable housing. The most concerning aspect of chapter 40B is the lack of local control over development.

I am interested in any thoughts folks have on the topic - should the town try to achieve safe harbor? If the town would try to achieve safe harbor how should it do it?

ANYONE in the state of Massachusetts who values conservation land whether or not they have walked these woods can write a letter to the EFSB stating that conservation areas and wetlands and wildlife should not be at the mercy of for profit corporations. July 10th will have a special town meeting. The articles that are for this meeting are for 4 major categories traffic safety, affordable housing, septic repairs for the library and a strange one engineering study for the dam at Boone Lake.

Next Tuesday is a public hearing for these articles by the BoS at 7pm
