While it’s not always talked about, many older adults experience stress, loneliness, or changes that can affect how they feel day to day.
The good news? Support is closer than you might think. Councils on Aging offer programs, social activities, and connections that can make a real difference.
Ways to support your mental health:
🤝 Stay socially connected (even a quick call helps!)
🚶 Get outside for fresh air and movement
🧩 Keep your mind active with games or learning
🧘 Practice relaxation or mindfulness
💬 Talk to someone if you’re feeling off
