Can you help the Stow Historical Society?

The Stow Historical Society would like some help finding where this quilt could possibly be. Most of you will remember it hanging in the library. The librarian unfortunately is not aware of where it has gone. We know many Stow families (including several of our families) made one of these squares! Thank you!

The Stow Council on Aging is here for our senior residents! We provide social activities including movement opportunities , creativity options, information sharing, game playing and more. There is something for everyone. Sign up for e-alerts to stay connected.

While it’s not always talked about, many older adults experience stress, loneliness, or changes that can affect how they feel day to day.

The good news? Support is closer than you might think. Councils on Aging offer programs, social activities, and connections that can make a real difference.

Ways to support your mental health:

🤝 Stay socially connected (even a quick call helps!)

🚶 Get outside for fresh air and movement

🧩 Keep your mind active with games or learning

🧘 Practice relaxation or mindfulness

💬 Talk to someone if you’re feeling off

You don’t have to go through it alone, community matters. What helps you feel your best mentally?
