What is CSFL?
A National Guard initiative designed to provide relevant and timely workforce training, education information, employment opportunities, and financial literacy services.

Who does CSFL serve?
We focus on new recruits through the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP), in addition to all service members, retirees, and their families. We do not turn anyone away!

What does CSFL do?
Counselors attend drills, annual trainings, Yellow Ribbon post-deployment events, and community events that directly benefit our service members. We offer briefings on Career Readiness Standards, interview skills, resume preparation, 12-month budget, and the responsible use of credit. We also provide job search assistance and community resource referrals.
