What a FUN and full Friday we had at Strafford Elementary! ❤️☀️

From celebrating leadership on Lead Day, to sharing special farewells with Mrs. Dana and Dr. Bough, our students packed the day with memories we won’t forget! We also cheered on our Kids Heart Challenge winners, enjoyed a hilarious pie-in-the-face moment for Coach Bean. Then we got excited for next year with Bump Up Day and trying out next year’s grade levels, and wrapped it all up with an amazing summer kickoff hosted by our Elementary Booster Club!

Thank you to our staff, families, and volunteers who helped make the day so special for our students. What a great way to celebrate an incredible school year! 🎉💛

Join us this afternoon for the Strafford Elementary Booster Club’s 1st Annual Summer Kick-Off from 3:30–5:30 PM at the elementary playground! 🎉

This is a great opportunity to spent time as a family. We look forward to you coming back to school to enjoy.💛

We’ll have a giant waterslide, fun activities, concessions, raffles, and lots of summer fun for our students and families!

Bring cash for tickets and come kick off summer with us! 😎🌊

Mark your calendars for two exciting Strafford Elementary Booster Club events coming up next week! ☀️❤️

🎉 **Summer Kick-Off**
Join this Friday, May 15 from 3:30–5:30 PM at the elementary playground for an afternoon full of fun! Enjoy free activities, a giant waterslide, raffles for BIG prizes, concessions, and more. Admission is free. Just bring cash for tickets used for concessions and raffles!

📣 **2026–2027 Booster Club Officer Election**
Parents and guardians are invited to attend the virtual election meeting on Tuesday, May 19 from 6:00–6:30 PM. This is a great opportunity to vote for next year’s officers and consider serving in a leadership role to help support our students and school community!

This past Friday was an amazing Track & Field Day! 🏃‍♀️☀️

Thank you to our families for coming out to support our students! Big thanks to Coach Bean for planning an incredible day, our staff for all their help, and our middle school helpers for being such great leaders. We also loved celebrating with Mrs. Erisman’s class on the elementary track.

Thank you for the early mornings, the signed folders, the last-minute projects, the pep talks, the snacks, the hugs, and the endless love you pour into your kids each and every day. We are so thankful for the partnership we share with you and the incredible students you help shape.

🏃‍♂️🏅 Elementary Track & Field Day is almost here! 🏅🏃‍♀️

Join us tomorrow Friday, May 8th at the high school track for a fun-filled day of competition, teamwork, and excitement! Students will participate in individual events and enjoy lots of non-competitive activities throughout the day.

⏰ Grades 3rd & 4th: 9:00–11:00 AM
⏰ Grades 1st & 2nd: 12:00–2:00 PM

Families are invited to come cheer on our students as they do their very best! 🎉
