July 20, 2026, 19:07:19. Strafford was called to assist Fair Grove Fire Protection District with a structure fire. Crews battled the heat and got it under control. Great work by all hands on scene.

Today is a good day for the Strafford Fire Protection District. We have the privilege of welcoming two new firefighters into our ranks — individuals who have chosen a path defined by service, sacrifice, and a commitment to protecting the people of this community.

We’re excited to announce that Firefighter Bradley Weaver and Captain Clinton Hays have officially completed their probationary periods with the Strafford Fire Protection District.
