Gene Viner and I were proud to represent Strasburg Fire at the Remember the Ten run at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater Oklahoma this Saturday. Gene and his daughter Chelsea Flores did the 5k and Susan Thain , Madison Thain and myself volunteered at the finish line.

Strasburg fire and Gene were recognized at the beginning of the run and I had the honor of speaking to over a hundred volunteers that make the Run such a success before the start of the race.

Over 1000 people (last reported number) participated in this event that remembers the 10 lives that were lost in the 2001 men's basketball teams plane crash.
