Cub Scouting is fun!
Cub Scouting is fun! No matter what grade you are in, Kindergarten through 5th, it can be a blast. Do you like to learn by doing? Then our Pack is just the place. You can learn to tie knots, set up a tent, shoot a bow and arrow, use pocket knives and build campfires. Have you ever cooked a meal on a campfire? Sent a secret code to a buddy? Built a birdhouse? Gone on a hike? As a Cub Scout, your child will be part of our Pack. Our Pack is divided into smaller groups called dens. Each den has about six to eight boys or six to eight girls. All of the Cub Scouts in your den are based upon grade level and our Scouts cover many of the Schools here in Stratford.
Since 1910, parents have recognized Scouting as a program that can enhance the core values and principles you want to instill in your child. Our Pack has been a mainstay of Scouting in Stratford. We have been a constant presence since 1941. We invite you, your family and friends to join our Pack, our legacy and experience all that the wonderful world of Scouting has to offer.
