Come on out to the Stratford park tonight! This is being put on by the Stratford Lions but our members will be there helping grill and cook the yummy corn.

At approximately 11am today, our department was paged out for a fire in an apartment. Upon arrival, the fire was contained to one apartment and we were able to stop it before it spread to the ceiling (which would’ve spread it throughout the whole building). Smoke was throughout the building but was ventilated.

Thanks to our mutual aid: Stanhope Fire Department, Boone Fire Department, and Dayton Fire Department.

Midland Power was proud to recently contribute to the Stratford Fire and Rescue's funding efforts for a new rescue and brush truck. This investment will help ensure these local first responders have the equipment they need to protect lives, property, and the communities we call home.

Today at the park was a success!

Thanks to everyone to came to spray water and do the pedal pulls!

Thanks to United Cooperative for the donation of 1st & 2nd place prizes along with the treats for the kids, the kids had a blast!

We are up at the park grilling for the phone company customer appreciation BBQ, come on out!

And don’t forget to bring your kiddos to the park after the parade for a pedal tractor pull. Registration starts at noon!

THANK YOU!!

You guys blew this fundraiser out of the water! We sold half of our inventory in the first 30 minutes, we had to go get more.

We also have a lot of other people to thank for the help of supporting this fundraiser: Boone Fire Department, Fareway in both Webster City and Boone, Fareway corporate, Adam Slaymaker -meat manager at the Webster City Fareway, and K. Stein Design for the donation of signs.

Thank you to our members who always go all out for our fundraisers but this one really hit a home run.

We have been busy but we are here til 8 and still have ribeyes left to grill!
