🚧 Road Work Notice – Emery Lane & Patriots Road

Road work will begin on Emery Lane and Patriots Road on Thursday, August 27, 2026, and is expected to continue for approximately one to two weeks.

There may be minor delays while work is underway. Please use caution when traveling through these areas, slow down, and watch for crews and equipment.

🚧 Crack Sealing Begins Monday, July 27 🚧

Beginning Monday, July 27, the Town's contractor will be crack sealing various roads and select municipal parking areas. Work is expected to continue for at least five days.

⚠️ Please slow down, use caution in work zones, and keep an eye out for crews and equipment.

We'll continue to post updates as additional work is scheduled; weather permitting. If you have any questions, please reach out to the DPW directly at 603-772-5550.

🚧 Smyk Park Closed – Tuesday, July 21 🚧

Please be advised that Smyk Park will be closed on Tuesday, July 21, while a tree contractor removes a large broken tree limb that has fallen and is posing a safety hazard.

For the safety of the public and work crews, please do not enter the park while work is underway. The park will reopen once the work has been completed and the area has been deemed safe.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete this necessary maintenance to keep Smyk Park safe for everyone.

🦟 Mosquito Spraying Notice – Stratham Hill Park

To help prepare for Stratham Summerfest, Dragon Mosquito Control will be spraying Stratham Hill Park on Tuesday, July 14, between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM.

🌧 Rain date: Wednesday, July 15 (same time)

For everyone's safety, the park will be closed during spraying and will reopen the following morning.

This notice is provided for public awareness, especially for those who may be sensitive to pesticides.

🌿 Roadside Mowing Scheduled Over the Next Two Weeks 🌿

The Town of Stratham Department of Public Works will be conducting roadside mowing along town maintained roads over the next two weeks, starting July 13th.

Please use caution when traveling near mowing equipment, slow down, and give crews plenty of space to work.

Thank you for your patience as we complete this seasonal maintenance to help keep Stratham's roads safe and well maintained.
