Due to the cold and no swimmers, the swimming pool will be closing tonight at 6:30. Come join them tomorrow at 3!

The Swimming Pool is open for the season!! A huge thank you to everyone who has supported improvements at the swimming pool!
Thank you to the Little Village Daycare for their donation toward the new pool stairs, which will help make our pool safer and more accessible for all ages in our community; to The Hair Barn for donating the refrigerator to keep concessions running smoothly; and to the Community Foundation for helping fund the pool cover, which will help keep the water warm and clean.
We also want to recognize all of the volunteers who gave their time, donations, and effort to help with fundraising activities to ensure all the updates were completed. Their current fundraising raffle and bake sale proceeds will go towards purchasing swimsuits for the lifeguards and water-friendly exercise equipment!
Your generosity and community spirit help keep our pool a fun, safe, and welcoming place for everyone to enjoy throughout the summer. We truly appreciate all of your support!
Pool hours will be 3:00–8:00 PM daily, except Wednesday when the pool will be closed. We hope to see everyone there!

Power line has been repaired and all electrical connections restored.

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS
Electricity will be temporarily disconnected on the west side of Stratton while crews repair a downed power line. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate everyone's patience as repairs are completed safely and as quickly as possible.
Please use caution around the area and stay clear of any downed lines.

Come join us at the next Village Board meeting!
We'd really like to see more community members there. It's a good chance to hear what's going on around town, ask questions, share ideas, and stay involved in the future of Stratton.
You don't have to speak at the meeting, just coming and listening is always appreciated!
Small towns work best when everyone stays involved and helps each other out. We hope to see some new faces on Monday!

The ladies in town are at it again! We have a group of individuals who are looking to continue to improve our local swimming pool. Here is your first chance to help support the swimming pool as well. They are currently selling raffle tickets for a baseball themed quilt, hand stitched by local talent. Tickets are available for sale at MNB, Stratton Country Market and the Village Clerk's Office. Or stop by their bake sale on June 6th during the community wide garage sales and get your tickets (or check out their items for sale) before the drawing the same day. We can't thank them enough for their support and contagious enthusiasm! Picture of the quilt in comments.

There will be a Special Village Board Meeting Monday the 4th of May beginning at 7:00pm at the Village Office which meeting will be open to the public. Current agenda is available for inspection at the Village Clerk's Office.
