Fossil Creek Creamery The farm is closed. It might re-open in years to come, but it will be a different business than before.

The Ranch at Fossil Creek covers approximately 15 acres, located adjacent to the Coconino National Forest and overlooking the Ponderosa Pines of the Tonto National Forest. Owners John and Joyce Bittner have been raising dairy goats and llamas here for several years, and in 2007, the new Fossil Creek Creamery was certified by the state of Arizona. The Ranch at Fossil Creek, LLC, is a member of (professional affiliations):

The Ranch received a 2008 USDA Value Added Grant to pursue the making, marketing, and sales of dairy goat milk cheeses, fudge, soaps and lotions.
