Strong group of people👏🤍

They are the voice in the dark and the golden thread that connects our community to the help they need. 🎧💛 Behind every siren you hear, there was a dispatcher who took the call, stayed calm, and sent help. 🚑🚓🚒

This National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week, we want to say a massive thank you to our incredible dispatchers at Palo Pinto Sheriff’s Office. They handle the unthinkable with grace, coordinate life-saving responses in seconds, and keep our first responders safe every single shift. Our dispatchers work 24/7, 365 days a year to keep Palo Pinto County safe. To our team: Your dedication doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you for being the calm in every storm. 💛 💛

Drop a "Thank You" or a 💛 in the comments to show our dispatch team some love!

♥️Why CPR Matters in Our Rural Community!

Living in a rural area means we look out for each other—and in an emergency, that can make all the difference.

When help may be miles away, CPR can save a life.

✔️ Keeps blood and oxygen flowing until first responders arrive
✔️ Buys critical time during longer emergency response times
✔️ Helps prevent brain damage
✔️ Empowers everyday people to step in and help
✔️ Can make AEDs more effective
✔️ Makes our entire community safer and stronger

Most cardiac emergencies happen at home, with loved ones nearby. Knowing CPR means you could be the reason someone gets a second chance.

You don’t have to be a medical professional to save a life—you just have to be willing to act.

Let’s continue to take care of one another. Consider getting CPR certified and encouraging others to do the same!

With a show of ✋, who would be interested in taking a CPR class at our station❓
