🎭✨Our individuals had the opportunity to attend a musical at the Shawnee Playhouse, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the incredible performances and catchy songs to the inspiring story of courage, kindness, and believing in yourself, everyone had an amazing time.

A big thank you to the Shawnee Playhouse for putting on such a wonderful production. We left with smiles on our faces and plenty to talk about on the ride home! 🎶📚💜

Our individuals recently enjoyed a delicious outing at the The Cinder Inn in East Stroudsburg, where they treated themselves to some amazing food and sweet desserts. From the first bite to the last, it was a big hit earning two thumbs up from everyone! 👍👍

We love supporting local businesses in our community, and The Cinder Inn gave us a wonderful dining experience filled with great food, friendly service, and lots of smiles.

🎉 **Congratulations to our Chestnuthill My Work Program participants on completing another successful summer season!** 🎉

We are incredibly proud of all the hard work, dedication, and teamwork our participants demonstrated throughout the summer. Their efforts helped beautify the park, leaving a lasting impact on the community while developing valuable workplace and life skills.

The My Work Program is funded through the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR), providing individuals with meaningful, hands-on work experiences that build confidence, strengthen employment skills, and prepare them for future career opportunities.

We are grateful to OVR and our community partners for making this program possible, and we are honored to be a part of it each summer. Thank you to everyone who supported our participants along the way.

Congratulations to all of our participants on a job well done! Your hard work and commitment have made a real difference, and we couldn't be prouder of all you've accomplished. 🌳💚👏

We wish everyone the best as they continue building on the skills and experiences they gained this summer!

💃🕺 Dancing, laughter, and fresh air made for the perfect day at the park!

Our individuals had an amazing time turning an ordinary park visit into a dance party filled with smiles, music, and lots of fun. Whether they were showing off their favorite dance moves, clapping along to the beat, or simply enjoying the energy of being together, everyone had a chance to celebrate, connect, and have fun.

At Developmental Education Services of Monroe County, we're proud to support experiences that bring joy, encourage friendships, and remind us that every day is a chance to celebrate life one dance step at a time! 🎶❤️
