🐶 We had a wonderful turnout and beautiful weather for B.A.R.K. in the Park. Dozens of visitors and their four‑legged friends joined a ranger for a guided walk on the Oak Hickory Trail and made great use of our Friends of Fairy Stone State Park-funded pet waste station.

After the hike, pups hunted for treat-filled eggs, and lucky winners snagged golden eggs to trade for official Bark Ranger tags. 🐕‍🦺 Around 25 dogs took the B.A.R.K. pledge!

The Franklin County Humane Society joined us with adoptable pups, and Franklin County Sheriff's Office Deputy Hoyt and K9 Vito wowed the crowd with a special demo.

Thanks to everyone who came out. See you this fall for the next B.A.R.K. in the Park!
