Our school serves as the educational home to a vibrant community of over 850 students, spanning grades 9 through 12. With

a dedicated team of more than 90 staff members, SBHS thrives as a supportive and engaging environment. At any given moment, you'll witness the lively atmosphere filled with the sounds of students and staff collaborating, laughing, practicing, studying and participating in various educational activities, including athletic events, music performances and art exhibitions. As a proud member of the SBHS community, you will be consistently encouraged to reach your highest potential. This encouragement will come from a diverse group of individuals, including teachers, coaches, counselors, administrators, and your fellow students. Scoopers Head to Sioux Falls for State Track Meet

STURGIS — Best of luck to the Sturgis Brown High School athletes competing at the South Dakota State Track & Field Meet this week in Sioux Falls.

The state competition officially began Thursday, May 28, bringing together some of the top athletes from across South Dakota for three days of outstanding competition and sportsmanship.

Sturgis Brown athletes have worked hard throughout the season to earn their place at state, showing dedication, perseverance, and team spirit both on and off the track. Coaches, classmates, families, and the entire Sturgis community are proud to support the Scoopers as they compete against the best in the state.
