Looking for a great way to start your day? 💪🏊‍♂️

Adult FitFlow meets every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 6:00–6:45 AM at the pool!

This class combines swimming and dryland exercises for a HIIT-style workout designed to build strength, endurance, and fitness. 🏋️‍♂️🌊 With music playing over the speakers, it’s a fun, energetic way to get your day moving!

We typically have 3–6 participants each morning, but there’s room for up to 12 people, so there’s plenty of space to join in!

All swimming abilities are welcome. The water portion is adjusted to match your comfort and skill level, so whether you’re a strong swimmer or just getting started, you can participate.

Due to a power outage, Sturgis Community Pool will be closed until further notice.

We will share an update once power has been restored and we are able to reopen.

🚧 Parking Update 🚧

Please note that our parking lot will be closed all weekend while new parking lines are being painted.

Visitors may park in the grass area on the west side of the pool entrance. You can access this area by pulling through from the handicap parking spaces.
