During today’s meeting, Rotarian David Leech recognized our Rotarian of the Year and former President, Garrhett Wilbourn, for his membership in the PolioPlus Society.
President Alan Sites presented Blake Frizzell with a $500 donation for the Grand Prairie Soccer Association. Blake shared that the association served 180 children last year and is expecting nearly 200 participants this year.
Rotarian David Leech introduced today’s guest speaker, Rotarian Katrina Brown of Entergy. Katrina has been with Entergy for 20 years and has served as the Customer Service Manager for Southeast Arkansas for the past eight years. She provided an informative presentation on Next Generation Arkansas, highlighting its four key pillars: Better Power, More Power, Job Power, and Affordable Power.
