Happy Monday!
I found one last Kandil Sinap on one of the trees yesterday. Kandil Sinap. Discovered in what is now Turkey in the 1700s. As you can see it's a very oblong apple which makes it distinctive looking. The flesh is yellowish, crisp, and juicy with a sweet-tart flavor. Good keeper. The trees tend to grow upright like a pear tree.
