Southwest Plains Regional Service Center www.swprsc.org SWPRSC serves educators from the plains of rural Southwest Kansas with a vision for excellence.

The Southwest Plains Regional Service Center was formed in 1989 to serve member districts as an educational resource center for teachers and schools. Represented by the Kokopelli from Native American folklore, the Center shares the positive messages of education with member districts through providing quality educational services in technology, school improvement, distance learning, leadership, professional development, leadership development, grant writing and consortium services.
