English Conversation: Hudson & Marlborough Libraries

Google and FB have rearranged my pages w/o my request or imput. It gives me a chance, however to imput some throught

I immensely enjoyed facilitating in person English classes in Marlborough, Hudson, Maynard and Wayland . These libraries outreach to the community have been and are a signature part of library offerings among so many other activities in each community.

Many libraries continue with Zoom classes during their renovations . Misuzu is a great resource as she has continued with 4-5:Zoom classes.
I stopped all in 2020 , and as yet , did not start Zoom or in person classes. I may start again in spring 2023. Do share with others if you have found a Zoom community.

Libraries are truly democratic institutions and are examples of diversity and societal change in action. Many, not in this state, have been under attack with book banning by various groups. It is deeply sad to hear of librarians under threats. It is heart breaking..

, , and classes continue in so many communities and promote meaningful conversation. Do share your experiences with others. Regards to all in early 2023. Lee

There are 1,121 World Heritage sites. They include locations of immense natural beauty, artistic endeavors, spiritual quests and acts across the timeline of history.

Currently, I am facilitating English Conversation in the Maynard library on Wednesday nights. I stopped Hudson, Marlborough and Wayland only for the time being. Traveled to Europe and I am recovering from eye surgeries. I will be back this winter 2020

All these libraries have ongoing classes . Look for your community library's web page. Libraries are a fabulous example of democracy in action.

It is a treasure to dialogue with so many cultured, multilingual folks and second language learners about their explorations in the US , as well as their countries and cultures.

Multiple English Conversation classes in Metrowest and surrounding communities welcome all speakers Check your town library websites for days and times.

I am facilitating in Maynard and taking time off from teaching English in business and other libraries until winter.

Hi Everyone,
We are dispersed to our corners of the world with our families and loved ones for the summer months. Thanks for all the shares on FB, email and WhatsApp. I see so much pleasure in family moments, new relationships, visits to New York and other parts of New England. My favorite moments in conversation Circles is seeing your delight in sharing the unique places in your countries with all of us . They inspire us to travel.

I am writing to you from Berlin, Germany...and have one more day before going back to Weil Am Rhine and then to Rome.
It was a treat to explore a little of Lisbon, Portugal and of course to be with special German family and friends in Europe. Do share more of your adventures. Our passions help us to develop vocabulary in new languages.

Have a superb summer. Hope to see old and new faces and about your good times in the fall Conversation Groups.

Hello everyone who comes to the English Conversation with me. I have stopped all classes for the summer. However, Marlborough and other libraries will have them. Please be sure to check their websites for schedules.

It has been such a gift to share your journey with English as well as proverbs and phrases in your languages. The scripts of so many alphabets are so beautiful and the meanings across cultures are fascinating.

I have yet to see if I will facilitate classes in Hudson, Maynard and Wayland in the fall
But I will come back to Marlborough. My wish is to take some courses and be active in Mass Peace Action .

If I do not see you tonight, I will see you over the summer and fall. I will be back, God willing, on July 23rd to meet my daughter who will arrive in Boston the same day.

Hi everyone, this is a thrilling part of the year in New England. This season is full of magnificent color. Tonight, I start facilitating classes on Maynard. The class which starts at 7 PM is actually in the building where I attended first grade, age 7.

Hi everyone. Nice to see people today and discuss wedding practices around the globe. Hunter and Hitomi led group discussions starting with their trip to LA to a friends wedding .

Fall schedule has started. It has been great to see Xiomara again. Saudades to all the expatriates who have returned to their countries over. Marlborough classes are in full swing: Friday at 1 PM and Saturday morning at 10 A.M. there are other classes during the week .

Hudson and Maynard will start in October. Maynard on Wednesday night at 7 PM.

Summer is just about over and new Conversarion Circles will start in Marlborough, Hudson, Framingham, Maynard , Wayland and other libraries.

My classes in are Friday at 1-2:30 PM and at the Library from 4-5:30 PM for the summer.

No Saturday classes until September.
In Marlborough , we either meet in the Story Hour Room or Auditorium. We have immediate resources in addition to our smart phones. Hudson, 3rd Floor.
