educational materials

There will be 2-3 guest speakers from various walks of life to encourage and motivate the team and get them thinking about what is possible for their lives if they dare to believe!
Successful graduates will have been exposed to an important sustainable technology and business operations and learn more about what it means to conduct themselves with a higher purpose. Graduates of this program could be eligible to be on the Primal Energy Systems team that gets hired by local residents, community businesses and the local government for additional solar projects. This lead team could outsource their talents, benefiting the community and the environment, while additional Solar 101 teams made up of new students could go through the introduction program, installing additional solar generation systems on the PREVENT Community Center Property. We have the opportunity to motivate and inspire the community youth, while strengthening their faith, character, professionalism and technical ability and preparing them for a successful future. The community would benefit from a positive influence on the youth as well as the development of sustainable energy sources locally.
Program Structure: This program is designed to be very scalable and based on a team of 8 students installing a 10kw solar photovoltaic system. For initial grant application purposes, we will plan on 4 separate week long programs, one every other month, with a plan to increase to one per month based on the success of the initial programs.
Budget for each month long program: $175,000 including everything described above. This figure assumes we would have access and use of classroom and dining facilities provided by the sponsoring ministry.
Initial grant application: $875,000 for 5 month long programs to commence within 2 months of funding becoming available.
Primal Energy Systems is a Class A Virginia Alternative Energy Systems contractor and we look forward to further exploring these possibilities with you and your team.
