Book Fair Volunteers Needed!
Our Book Fair is coming soon, and we need YOUR help to make it a success! This is a wonderful opportunity to support our students' love of reading while connecting with our school community.
We need volunteers for:
Set-Up – September 3rd Help us transform the media center and get everything ready for the fair!
Tear-Down – September 14th Help us pack up and return the media center to normal!
Book Fair Days – September 8th–11th
Assisting students as they browse and choose the perfect books
Running checkout and processing purchases
Restocking shelves and answering questions
Keeping things running smoothly throughout the day
Ready to help? Sign up (link below) to choose your preferred date and time. Multiple volunteers are needed, so bring a friend!

Don't forget to stop by and say hi at Curriculum Night this week! K-2 Grades K-2 are Tuesday Aug 11 and grades 3-5 are Thurs Aug 13. We'll have PTA board members at each night if you still need to sign up or pick up your Longhorns spirit wear. We can also get you more information if you're interested in volunteering as a room parent or committee member this year. Thanks for everyone who came out to our Kilwins Spirit Night!! Such a fun event! Unfortunately, that storm came out of no where!! ⛈️ But thank you Kilwins for hosting White Oak Elementary School students and families!!

Don't forget to join us tonight at the first PTA Spirit Night at Kilwins, across the street from the Downtown Sugar Hill Splash Pad, from 4:30-8 PM.
