Another gorgeous day in Big Bear Lake today.
Temps reached almost 60 degrees, the snow is melting fast and there is some nice runoff into the lake.
It is going to be a great spring.

SNOW, snowy, snowing

Ok, this is crazy.
I have not seen a storm like this in quite sometime.

Schools were closed today as well as many businesses closed early as well as both ski areas closed early.
Power has been out for many areas of the valleys and I do believe some of the roads are closed to get up here ( I know Snow Valley to the dam is currently closed)
Places are closed not due to the heavy snowfall, but mainly due to 0 visibility and very high winds...It is very dangerous out there and this is one mean storm.
