Recently two star performers at the USNIC were recognized. Our resident Coast Guard Intelligence Specialist, IS2 Chapla was awarded a NAM. His hard work and achievement demonstrates the importance of our tri-agency partnership. For her dedication and consistent high-performance, Master Ice Forecaster Ms.Fajardo was awarded civilian of the year!
