Congratulations to our second-quarter winner, Sullivan County Friends of CASA!

Sullivan County Friends of CASA supports children in foster care by providing items for extracurricular opportunities, helping kids feel included, confident, and supported. From dance classes and softball equipment to summer camps and outdoor recreation, Friends of CASA has helped provide experiences every child deserves.

Currently serving approximately 90 children connected to Sullivan County CASA cases, this organization fills the gaps where state funding and grants cannot. Recently, they helped fund a state park pass that supported family reunification, purchased sports equipment, and even provided dance makeup so a child could feel like part of the team.

Your support helps children in foster care experience normalcy, joy, and opportunity. Every donation directly impacts the lives of children and families in Sullivan County. Thank you for investing in our future world changers!

Time is running out to get signed up! The training is Monday 5/18 at 6pm! Come join us!

A few updates that we thought we should clarify as the Brown Baggers Fun Run approaches:

Sponsorship: If you would like to be a sponsor of the Fun Run it is $50 per sign. With this you receive a yard sign (that will be located at the Civic Center) with your choice of name to display. This is open to businesses and individuals! Contact Samuel Fathauer (812-564-4499) for interest in sponsorship!

T-Shirts: If you would like a complementary T-Shirt with your purchase of a ticket then make sure to sign-up by May 21st! While you can sign-up until the day of the run, we will only be giving T-Shirts to those who sign up by May 21st.

Best ways to support: We often get asked what the best support options are and there are a few incredibly helpful options:

1) Follow our Facebook/Instagram pages and share our posts!

2) Running/Walking isn't for you? Consider joining our team of volunteers!

3) Keep the Brown Baggers and our event in your prayers!

4) Choose to partner with us through our sponsorship options!

Thank you all once again for the continued support in this project!
