We finished out the busy month of May with Nature's Classroom. A long-standing Sullivan County field trip for 4th graders. This year is the first year that Sullivan County SWCD hosted Sullivan Elementary 4th graders at Merom Camp and Retreat Center for two days. They had the opportunity to visit 8 classes covering geology, composting, recycling, animal tracking, gardening, natural fibers, invasive species, the Wabash River, and more. We are already planning for next year!
Thanks to all our activity hosts, group leaders, volunteers, and teachers!
