Next Monthly Meeting: Monday, July 20th, 6 Pm at the Summersville Lodge Basement. On the Agenda, proposed next fund raiser. Request for help from local business owner. Lodge Basement project floor options.

Post 60 Officer Elections were held at tonight's meeting & new term officers were sworn in. Starting July 2026, Post Offiers will be Commander: John B. Fleming III, First Vice: Jay Forkum, Second Vice & Chaplain: Herb Robbins, Financial Manager/Treasurer: Laurie McLain Fleming, Interim Judge Advocate: John B. Fleming III & Adjutant/Secretary: Sharlene Greear. Congratulations Officers!! Guests were Doug Johnson & Diana Jeffries-Johnson who presented New membership awards to Jay Forkum former AmVets Post 60 Commander & swore in new term Officers!! The Post also voted to be a Sponsor for the Hartshorn Fireworks Display on July 11th. Thanks members & guests, for your time & attention!

Small crew for a work day today, but we got some things accomplished. John installed new light fixtures in both bathroom...

Small crew for a work day today, but we got some things accomplished. John installed new light fixtures in both bathrooms & cleared more items from the Utility room, found another crack to patch at a later date & prepped the kitchen wall for covering. Laurie put a second coat of paint on the ladies room wood paneling & helped John clean. Sharlene pruned the tree by the driveway so you can see & be seen entering & exiting more safely. Added more brush to our pile for burning & helped with more cleanup in the basement area.
