🤩Interactive Learning is on in 3rd grade!

When you step into our 3rd grade classrooms, you are bound to find a very active setting. Regardless of their reading level, teachers are raising students confidence through:

📗Group reading - Students are tackling the text together, building comprehension through discussion and shared insight.
🧠Team Critical Thinking - Small groups work through problems collaboratively, learning to reason, debate and defend their ideas with support from the text.
👉Bounce Reading- Reading passes from student to student or Teacher to class, keeping everyone on their toes and following along!

🚗5th Grade GT students put their creativity and critical thinking to the test by designing and building a "toy" car using cardboard, straw, tape, balloon and papercups. Students then investigated the overall function of their designs and could analyze what worked, what didn't, and why.

🚨One of our most favorited events of the school year: GRANDPARENTS DAY!

🥰Grandparents, we want to see you show your stingray pride and join us for a morning of fun, connection and a little friendly competition:

🚗Car decorating contest & parade: Decorate your car and show it off in our parade!
🥞Enjoy breakfast: Coffee and a light breakfast will follow our parade
🎲Games & activities: Get in on the fun with your grands!

🥳Families who may choose not to participate in the parade, PLEASE STILL JOIN US and celebrate with us! We love when our entire community comes together like family!
