The City of Summerville is officially requesting sealed bids for the complete renovation of the existing boys' and girls' restroom and changing room facilities at the Summerville Recreation Department (220 Hwy 100).

Bid Details for Contractors

Project Name: Request for Bid – Rec Restroom Renovation Project (RFB-2026-137-Rec Restroom Renovation)

Submission Deadline: Sealed bids must be received by 2:00 PM on September 9, 2026, at City Hall (120 Georgia Ave., Summerville, GA 30747).

Public Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 PM on September 9, 2026, in the Council Room at City Hall.

Validity: All submitted bids must remain valid for 60 days from the opening date.
