What a great group of volunteers! These Friends of Sloppy Floyd volunteers have spent several weekends making necessary repairs to Shelter 1 at the park. After today, the rails will have to be added, then the shelter will be ready for your next picnic or family gathering. We will let you know as soon as it's ready. Many thanks to our Friends of Sloppy Floyd volunteers for making a difference!

The Friends of Sloppy Floyd will be having their last homemade ice cream sale for the summer this Sunday afternoon from 1:00 to 3:00. Bring your family and friends out to the park, stop by and select your favorite flavor of homemade goodness. We will have peach, cherry, butter pecan, espresso, peanut butter chocolate chip, Oreo, and salted pecan caramel. $3 per cup
