It’s that time of year again… the competition is ON! 🐍🪨

Come out and help Maizzzey grow into the Longest Rock Snake in the United States Air Force!

Last year, Shaw absolutely rocked it! Thanks to all of you, Sed stretched to an incredible 389 rocks, beating five other Air Force bases and earning the title of the longest Rock Snake. Let’s make history again by breaking our own record!

Bring in a painted rock, bring your family or coworkers in and paint rocks at the center, and let’s show everyone what Team Shaw can do!

Every rock counts. Let’s make Maizzzey bigger than ever! 🐍💙🪨

$2 per Rock and you can pick up your rock after the competition and take it home to your garden.

HAPPENING TODAY: The American Red Cross of South Carolina is teaming up with the Richland County Sheriff's Department , Columbia Fire Department (SC), and the Columbia Police Department, SC for the 15th annual Battle of the Badges Blood Drive.

The Battle of the Badges is a friendly competition that challenges police officers, firefighters, and sheriff’s deputies to find out which department can donate the most units of blood. Friends, family, and community members are urged to give blood and vote for their favorite agency.
