Hello my friends, just hoping some of you would consider helping out on that first UW badger football game. We have not had a very good response yet. Please consider helping out get a hold of Katie Myhre to make sure you have your approved liquor certificate. We surely would love to have you there. Cher and I would love to go and help but we get to sign up your kids for the season leagues thanks Johnny B.

Levy is now offering IN PERSON Serve Safe class on August 19th and 26th, The class is from 5:30 - 9:00 pm at Camp Randall,. If anyone would like to attend who needs their certificate please let me know as soon as possible and I will get you signed up.

I would like to thank Cooper Rodefeld, Tyler and Gavin Cassidy and Hayden Mattox for helping out our veterans today nothing better than young legs and young muscle to help. Hello Prairie Lanes Jr. Bowling families,

We are once again looking for volunteers to help work UW Badger football concessions this season. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered in the past—your time and support have made this a successful fundraiser for Prairie Lanes Jr. Bowling.

This year, Amber Krisher and Matt Starczynski will serve as co-leads, and I will once again be the main lead. Our goal is to have Prairie Lanes Jr. Bowling volunteers work all six UW Badger home football games.

Levy has made several changes to the volunteer process this year, and we are still learning the new requirements. The biggest change is that Levy is requiring volunteer paperwork and certifications to be completed before groups can sign up for events. In the past, we were allowed to sign up first and collect paperwork closer to the event dates, but that will not be the case this year.

We are sending this email now so that everyone who plans to volunteer can begin working on the required paperwork and certifications. Please download and complete everything as soon as possible so your documents are ready to upload once Levy provides us with the upload link.

Required Certifications & Paperwork – Due before the season starts

· ServSafe Alcohol Certification: All volunteers must have a current ServSafe certification every two years. No other alcohol certifications can be accepted.

· Levy Training: All volunteers must complete both the Levy Policy Acknowledgement and the Levy Creating Legends Certification every year.

Please complete the steps above as soon as possible so you have all documents ready to upload. Once I receive additional information and/or the upload link from Levy, I will forward it to all volunteers.

Please feel free to share this information with anyone else you know who may be interested in volunteering. The more volunteers we have, the better chance we have of covering all six games.
