I had one of the challenging signing last week since my loan signing agent career started and this is that the client had to say:
Was your notary signing agent professionally dressed? Yes
Was the agent on time? Yes
Would you work with this signing agent again? Yes
Additional comments:
Alina was a patient and reassuring professional. There were documents in our packet that we questioned — both for privacy issues and also for lack of clarity. She answered all that she could and called others to get verification for us. In addition, we had time constraints and she kept the procedure going while working within those constraints. I’m sure, for her, it was not the easiest signing she has overseen but she gave more that 100% to make sure all went well and we closed with satisfaction and confidence.
