👉🏼Prospective buyers are encouraged to try the consigned horses ahead of time or at the previews on Friday, the 28th. We’re happy to answer any questions about the process and have hauling available to take your new horse directly to you!

If you’d like to support our firefighters but aren’t sure what to bring, here are the items they can use most right now:
Drinks: Electrolyte packets (like Liquid IV). We currently have an abundance of bottled water and Gatorade and will let everyone know when we’re able to take more of those.
Snacks: High-energy protein bars, beef jerky, dried fruit, nuts, and individually wrapped hard candies or gum.
Quick foods: Prepackaged single-serving cookies or crackers, anything high protein, high calorie.
Personal comfort and hygiene: Travel-size Gold Bond powder, lip balm (ChapStick), non-scented wet wipes, non-scented baby wipes, pocket-size tissue packs.
First aid / recovery: Eye drops (saline wash), moleskin for blisters, over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen or Tylenol, Band-Aids.
Monetary Donations: We gratefully accept monetary donations throughout the year. Your contributions help fund equipment maintenance, training, snacks, drinks, and other essential needs. Send checks to:

C&M Circus is coming to Sundance, WY on July 9th. Two shows will be performed under a real Circus Big Top.

The Outdoor Arena at the Crook County Fairgrounds will be CLOSED to the public until Thursday, April 26, 2026, due to a scheduled Cattle AI class using the facility.

If you paid a membership to ride in the big barn for the season it is open to riding!
