Great news! Vermont received $15.8 million this week in federal funding from the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.

Locations for New EV Chargers
The funds will support the installation of 11 new, DC fast-charging sites (with a minimum of 4 chargers at each site; to be completed within the next 12 months) at these priority locations along key interstate and state highway corridors:
• Randolph (I-89)
• Wilmington (VT-9)
• Rutland (US-7)
• St. Albans (I-89)
• Bennington (US-7/VT-9)
• Middlebury (US-7)
• White River Junction (I-89/I-91)
• Brattleboro (I-91/VT-9)
• Berlin (I-89)
• Manchester (US-7)
• South Burlington (I-89)
