South County Senior Center Please note all programming occurs M, W & F 9-12pm, at at Holy Family Parish Hall, 29 Sugarloaf St., South Deerfield.

Our mission is to identify & meet the health, intellectual, nutritional, safety & social needs of individuals ages 50+ who reside in Deerfield, Sunderland, and Whately, MA through programs, activities, services, & connection with local resources. Our Administrative Offices are located at 22 Amherst Road, Sunderland. We are open for drop in hours in Sunderland on M & W, 2-4pm, and other dates by appointment.
