Guerra's Gourmet Gourmet Catering, Personal Chef, WoodFired Pizza, Farm To Table, Signature Seasoning, Salsa, and Pic Guerra's Gourmet is a local company founded 27 years ago.

We initially started with a farm, cultivating a variety of chile peppers which eventually led to the annual chile pepper festival. We became widely known for our gourmet salsas and pickled vegetables, and quickly expanded to catering, using our unique flavors including our signature Guerra's seasoning. Our interest in using the local resources that the Yakima valley has to offer has always been wh

at sets us apart. We strive in using the freshest local ingredients that the numerous farms and local markets have. Our executive chef Chris Guerra has taken our company to reach new levels of extraordinary by incorporating his extensive culinary training in French cuisine into his Hispanic roots, resulting in an innovative menu that has awed people everywhere. Preparing every dish from scratch with the same dedication one would use for their own family is what sets us apart, and we aim to please while amazing you with our utmost dedication and hospitality.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Back in August, Lino had surgery on his right hip for a new replacement. Two weeks later dad wrote this note on the first photo about his recovery, and we joked with the doctor that dad has Red Habanero running through his veins to help with all the pain! Leading up to surgery habanero and all chile peppers were unrestricted for him to eat.

These are photos from this past month of us harvesting our chile peppers with dad and mom helping out. Dad is a little over 10 week post operation. They both were eager to get back out to help in the field finally enjoying these warm November days.
They haven’t been to the markets because Lino is still recovering with help from Hilda and Family.

All online orders dad is taking care of writing you a note for each order while home recovering and he loves seeing every online order keeping him busy!
