Vibha is a nonprofit organization. Our vision is "High-Quality Public Education for Every Child"

Vibha is a completely volunteer-driven non-profit that supports the education of underprivileged children in India and USA. Since our inception in 1991, we have positively impacted 300,000+ children. Our efforts and funds go towards educating children who have no or limited access to public schools, children who are stricken by poverty, kids who are rescued child laborer, children with mental and

physical disabilities, little ones of sex workers, children from migrant construction sites and kids in communities struck by natural disasters.

At MPLPS NTR Nagar, Tirupati, teacher Guduru Venkatarathnamma used English Literacy Program techniques to help students strengthen their English skills step by step.👩🏻‍🏫

Today, students are reading, writing, participating in quizzes, and learning with greater confidence.

Vibha is working to support early childhood care in construction site communities.✨

In labour camps, where both parents are engaged in daily wage work and extended family support is often absent, young children are left without adequate care. This also places responsibility on older siblings, affecting their own education.

Through Educational Activity Centres (EACs) at construction sites, Vibha is enabling crèche facilities with Door Step School , for children up to 3 years of age - providing safe, hygienic spaces where children receive care, nutrition, and age-appropriate developmental support.⛹🏼‍♀️

These centres focus on early childhood development through play-based activities that support physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth, while also ensuring that older children are able to attend school regularly.😇

📚✨ Vibha is strengthening Foundational Literacy in Andhra Pradesh through the LeapForWord English Literacy Program.

Vibha in partnership with Sikshana, is enabling meaningful learning experiences beyond the classroom in Gujarat.

Through the Samyak Prerana Program, Summer Camps were conducted across 50 villages, engaging over 4,400 children in a structured yet joyful learning environment during school holidays.☀️

Designed to go beyond academics, the camps brought together foundational math practice, storytelling, physical activities, and creative expression, helping children build essential 21st-century skills - communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.⛹️‍♀️

With mentors working closely within communities, the camps created accessible spaces where children could continue learning, build confidence, and connect with peers.🤝

This initiative reflects Vibha’s work in skill-building and scholastic development, enabling holistic learning experiences that support both academic growth and life skills.✨

Working as the technical partner to Samagra Shiksha Nagaland’s NIPUN PMU, Vibha designed and supported a state-wide, data-driven process to identify government schools that can serve as models for early learning. From building the evaluation system and tools to supporting assessments across school, block, district, and state levels - Vibha played a core role in making the process structured and scalable. 📖🧑‍🎓

This has led to the identification of 32 BEACON Schools, which will serve as models to strengthen Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) and inspire system-wide improvement across Nagaland💫
