Very pleased to announce that we successfully secured 13 of our 15 appropriations requests in the 2026–2027 state budget, totaling more than $27.5 million in funding for District 96, Broward County, and communities across Florida.

This funding will help advance important local priorities, strengthen public safety, support educational opportunities, and invest in projects that will have a lasting impact on our communities. I am grateful to my legislative colleagues, local partners, and community stakeholders who helped make these investments possible.

The newly created Congressional District 22 stretches nearly coast to coast across Florida, from Marco Island in Southwest Florida to Wellington, and includes parts of Broward County, including SUNRISE, PLANTATION, WESTON, DAVIE, CORAL SPRINGS, PARKLAND AND COCONUT CREEK.

She enters the new race with an endorsement from Nikki Fried and $1.17M cash on hand.
