We are wrapping up this session of Tai Chi & Seated Yoga. Final classes will be Tuesday, April 7th (Tai Chi) & Thursday, April 9th (Seated Yoga) Stay tuned for return dates for both classes.

Luck of the Irish and scrumptious soups being served up on St Patrick’s Day!! Don’t miss your dose of corned beef & cabbage soup, chili, or chicken noodle. Serving at Superior Auditorium, Tuesday March 17th - 5 to 7pm. Free will donation will go towards Auditorium maintenance.
