Millie Rounsville, Chief Executive Officer of Northwest Community Services Agency, wants people to know as the federal moratorium on evictions is set to end July 31.“You just have to be behind or just know that you’re going to struggle with the next month,” Rounsville said. “So if you know you don’t have the money to pay your August rent, you should apply now.”
