Congratulations to Megan, Bennett, Madelyn, Julianna and Colton Stellwag who completed their Master Hiker designation at Chippokes State Park

Here is what was said about their journey:

"Megan began the Trail Quest adventure with her four kids, inspired by their love of vacationing at Virginia State Parks. Their goal was to visit every park by Megan’s 40th birthday and they did it!

The biggest challenge along the way was reaching the parks in western Virginia, but Hungry Mother State Park became a helpful hub that brought the Stellwag family one step closer to earning their Master Hiker Certification. Among their many stops, Chippokes State Park, Machicomoco State Park and Douthat State Park emerged as family favorites."

Thank you for sharing your journey and for being part of the Trail Quest and Virginia State Park family!
