Russell Rural Water District #3 Customers. Beginning January 19, 2026, the project contractor will be connecting branch lines to the new water mains. During this work, there may be periods of low water pressure; however, any disruptions should be minimal and short in duration. This phase of the project is expected to last for a few weeks, as several branch lines need to be connected. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. The project is nearing completion. Thank you

We are working on some pressure issues north of Susank today, water will be intermittent through this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes while working to upgrade our system.

Russell Rural Water District #3 automatic payment customer. Our billing company has moved to a new banking company which will require you to log into the customer portal and have you complete a new automatic payment sign up. You must disable and then reenable the auto payment. If you have any questions, please call the office. Thank you and have a good evening.
