Russell Rural Water District #3 Customers. Beginning January 19, 2026, the project contractor will be connecting branch lines to the new water mains. During this work, there may be periods of low water pressure; however, any disruptions should be minimal and short in duration. This phase of the project is expected to last for a few weeks, as several branch lines need to be connected. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. The project is nearing completion. Thank you

We are working on some pressure issues north of Susank today, water will be intermittent through this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes while working to upgrade our system.

Our billing company has moved to a new banking company which will require you to log into the customer portal and have you complete a new automatic payment sign up. You must disable and then reenable the auto payment. If you have any questions, please call the office. Thank you and have a good evening.

Good Sunday morning RWD #3 Customer. Tomorrow Monday 10th of November 2025 10am to 3pm, we hope to be finishing the tower fill. Over the next few weeks there will be intermittent interruptions in water service. Please continue to be graceful with the water district, we are trying to get the system you deserve in operation. Russell Rural Water District #3 customer. On Tuesday October 14th, 2025, the district is making its main connection switchover to the new piping. There will be times of lower pressure than usual Between 10am and 5pm. Mark it on your calendar. Please plan your day accordingly and reduce usage more than normal. Thank you
