Lassen County Family Solutions Division - Wraparound Process Welcome to Lassen County Family Solution's Wraparound Process page! A Family Plan of Care is create to help monitor and track the family's success.

Family Solutions is a division within the Community Social Services Department of Lassen County. Our department provides Wraparound Services for families and youth residing in Lassen County. Wraparound is an outcome, community, strength, and team-based process of supporting families. It is culturally competent and collaborative and places emphasis on the family's voice and choice. Each family is p

rovide an individualized plan of care that hones natural supports and is persistent in find solutions. Our staff provides Child and Family Team meetings where the entire team (the family, the service providers, and natural supports) is at the table together. At our meeting, we explore the team's strengths, build upon positive supports, and create long-term goals. At this time, we do not accept self-referrals. Please contract your local child welfare, juvenile justice, or non-profit for a referral to our services. For any other questions or more information, please contact our department.

Serve a Meal, Share a Smile - Lassen County Adult Services in partnership with Dignity Health are seeking volunteers to help serve congregrate meals for seniors. The days volunteers would be needed are Mondays and Wednesdays. If you are interested please contact the number on the flyer to get signed up for the next orientation! Help give back to those who gave so much.

Yesterday we celebrated Administrative Professionals Day with Marchelle Owen!!! She greets all of our families with a smile and even offers hungry kiddos a snack who come straight to meetings after school. You can ask her just about anything and if she does not have the answer she will find it for you. She keeps our offices looking great, jumps in on any task we ask and keeps us organized in the middle of chaos! Marchelle, Wraparound is better because you are here!
