Today we recognized Robert Roadifer for his retirement after 23 years of service to the Lassen County Probation Department! ππ
Robert began his career with the department in 2003 as a Juvenile Detention Counselor, later becoming a Deputy Probation Officer in 2007. In 2010, he took on the role of Juvenile Hall Superintendent, providing leadership and guidance to both staff and youth. Following the closure of the Juvenile Hall, Robert continued serving Lassen County as the Day Reporting Center Supervisor.
Throughout his career, Robert has been recognized for his dedication, professionalism, leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the youth, adults, coworkers, partner agencies, and community he served.
