This week our ILP youth enjoyed a Wellness Walk on the beautiful Bizz Johnson Trail!🚶‍♀️☀️👟

Youth had the opportunity to connect with nature, build healthy relationships, reduce stress, and focus on overall wellness while exploring one of Lassen County’s most scenic trails!🌲🌄🌿

The walk encouraged physical activity, mindfulness, teamwork, and positive social interaction in a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment. 🤝✨
