Monday - Thursday overnights are now $500 with Friday and Saturday’s being $600 this is for for 10 people or less (1/2 the cost is due when you reserve your date, as a non-refundable deposit)
It is a fully functioning house with full kitchen, 4 bedrooms (with beds) , 2 1/2 working bathrooms, full (unheated) attic and basement.
Check in at 6pm the evening of with check out being 9am the following morning.

The house will be kinda cool, I’ll have the thermostat set between 60-65 degrees on the first floor, (fyi- heat vents are on the first floor only) the bedrooms has small space heaters in them, I do not heat the attic, it will be cold up there and in the basement. If u decide to go down there.
