Braxton County Community Pool A place for community, relaxation, and fun! Built in the early 60's this pool has been a corner stone to the Braxton County Community. We welcome you!

It is the last public swimming pool in our county! Come help us get this pool running again.

Notice: Closed for the Season, Saturday first responders day is Canceled, we will reschedule for sometime in 2027 season!
​We regret to announce that effective today, Wednesday, August 19th, our pool is officially closed for the season. With our lifeguards returning to school and fall sports, we no longer have the coverage needed to remain open.
​Thank you to everyone who spent their summer making memories with us! We appreciate your support and are already hard at work preparing for a grand reopening Memorial Day weekend 2027.

Just got a message from ISR Mermaids that is doing life jackets checks tomorrow!
My flight from Canada has been delayed 😕 I won't get back to CLT in time to drive to WV by tomorrow. I'll keep you updated on my travels but I might be able to make it Saturday.
This is all the information I have at this time. So it does not look like she will not make it tomorrow, but its still a free day to come swim 11am to 8pm thank you to Gassaway State Farm Ashlee Dangerfield.

​Being a firefighter, EMT, paramedic, or police officer means missing a lot of precious moments with our families while serving our community. We know how much those sacrifices mean, so this day is all about giving back to YOU and YOURS! 💙❤️
​We want to invite all of our heroes to bring your loved ones out for a completely free day of summer fun, relaxation, and togetherness. Braxton, Gilmer, Nicholas, Webster, Clay, And any other are welcome. We are 1 big family!
