***Update***
We visited banks in the Swainboro area to see if dealing with your local banks would be the best option for financing. As far as credit scores , please make sure you are checking yours monthly. They are requiring a 620 - 650 credit score. Even though we will be working with you and counseling you on your overall scores, just keep that in mind. Most Banks will be requiring a 3% down payment especially if you get financed with FHA. So if the homes that we are building cost you $150,000, that means you have to have a $4500 down payment readily available. We are currently working with a couple of lenders that there will be no or little to no down payment. Details to come.
