"Baker said everyone must continue practicing proper hygiene, maintaining social distancing, and using facial coverings in public places throughout all phases of reopening." Since Phase 4 of the reopening plan involves Massachusetts residents all receiving a COVID-19 vaccine, am I to understand that the Governor is going to force all of us to wear face masks until that is accomplished? If so, this is a gross abuse of his authority as Governor and it needs to be challenged in court.
